Exco’s people are highly skilled designers and machine operators. They are also skilled listeners, adept at matching a customer’s instructions to the capabilities of their equipment.
Exco invests in its people just as it invests in technology. The company supports apprenticeship programs through Ontario universities and community colleges. In recent years two of its sponsored students have earned the province’s annual “Best Apprentice” award.
