Exco Engineering now has magnesium capabilities 10/1/01

“Responding to the automotive industry’s growing demand for magnesium castings, Exco Engineering recently added a magnesium furnace and peripherals to our existing aluminium foundry. This new capability allows Exco to sample Instrument Panel or other magnesium dies in addition to our existing work in Aluminium. The foundry includes a production capable 3500 ton Die Cast Machine used to sample Exco dies on-site, and thus reducing the time required between die assembly and the production of dimensionally and structurally sound castings.”
